Working from home

It was quite a day today. I was able to dedicate 8 hours to website development and it was really quite fun. I have not spent that much time working on a project for someone else all in one sitting before. Here's what I noticed.

1. I found myself taking extra care to back-up, double check, and re-check... even my speling :)
2. I am really good a google... I am finding that when I need to find answers to questions I am able to use google to find what I need.
3. I like working from home. It felt quite natural to work at my computer, having space all to myself.
4. I am very effective when I can work at my own pace, choosing what is an interruption and what is not. I didn't answer questions from staff, the public, participants, etc.
5. I only really worried and focused on the task at hand... tho I was still working on more than one "thing" it was all focused towards a common ultimate goal.

It was only one day, it was something i was really looking forward to, but it is something I am looking forward to doing more often.
