Jott

I have been using JOTT for a few weeks now. Mostly because I really like to do geek things :), but also with the new hands-free laws I typically have my bluetooth on, or near by. So what exactly is Jott.

Forgot the Drupal User 1 password?

After a long day of work and more work I decided to do a little more work and was in the middle of some web development on a new client's site. I was NOT able to access the back end as user1.
The problem was not the username that I was provided, I know it was fine because I could see the name in the database table. It was the password that was giving me trouble....

Manga your face

I was very excited today when I was able to use a website that a friend pointed me to. The site is http://www.faceyourmanga.com/welcome.htm it reminds me of the Wii Channel, but much cooler.

I log onto the webkinz website
and then I go the adaption center.

The problem:
The user id
I got all kinds of errors no matter what I tired.
error 1 user not found
error 2 undefined or something unknown...

The solution:

Working from home

It was quite a day today. I was able to dedicate 8 hours to website development and it was really quite fun. I have not spent that much time working on a project for someone else all in one sitting before. Here's what I noticed.

Using Scribefire Again

Let's see how it works. If I want to start blogging, I am going to have to find an easy way to do it because... well... I am all about the path of least resistance. So let's see if this works...
... now I post ...

It worked...
